With over 14 years’ experience leading home loan operations at one of Australia’s major banks, I have always been passionate in enhancing the mortgage process for customers who are looking to buy their homes.

With the knowledge and expertise, I have gained over these years I stepped into the mortgage broking industry to simplify and streamline the process that sometimes can be exhausting for many customers.

During my tenure in home lending operations, I have come across a vast variety of customer situations and seen the support required by customers.
